1. What We Seek

• Topics that resonate deeply with couples planning meaningful ceremonies in Spain—think destination weddings, bilingual elopements, legal advice for tying the knot in Spain, personalized rituals, scenic venues, cultural fusion in ceremonies, and eco-conscious celebrations.

• Tone: Warm, genuine, and informative—reflecting sincerity, inclusivity, and the celebratory essence of what we do.

2. Submission Fee

• To manage editorial efforts and maintain high-quality standards, a €150 submission fee applies to each guest post. This fee covers content review, formatting, SEO adjustments, scheduling, and promotion.

• Note: You are paying for editorial space and value—we do not guarantee backlinks. All links must comply with Google’s policies (e.g., marked as rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow"), in line with best practices. MediumSEO Sandwitch

3. Originality & Quality

• Submissions must be 100% original, unpublished anywhere else—even your own site.

• We value polished, well-researched, reader-focused content that provides tangible value.

4. Length & Readability

• Word count: 450–1,500 words.

• Use subheadings, short paragraphs, bullet points, and engaging pull quotes for readability.

5. SEO & Linking Policy

• Employ relevant keywords naturally (e.g., “celebrant Spain,” “Andalusia wedding celebrant”).

6. Media & Imagery

• High-quality, royalty-free (or original) images are encouraged. Include captions, alt text, and proper attribution.

• A featured image is optional but recommended to enhance visual appeal.

7. Author Bio

• Include a 50–100 word bio, and optionally a headshot or logo

• You may include one link (e.g., your website) within your bio, marked rel="nofollow" if promotional.

8. Rights & Ownership

• By submitting, you grant Celebrant Spain editorial and promotional rights to the content.

• You retain copyright. If you republish the content elsewhere later, please credit Celebrant Spain as the original publisher.

9. Submission Process

• Submit your post via Google Docs or Word to info@celebrantspain.es Include the title, content, images (if any), author bio, and confirmation that you accept the €150 fee.

• Expect a response (approval or feedback) within 2 weeks. We may request edits for clarity, tone, or formatting.

10. Post-Publication Expectations

• We encourage authors to share their published post on their own networks. It helps both your visibility and ours.

• Interaction with readers—by engaging with comments—is always appreciated.

11. What We Decline

• Spam, plagiarism, overly promotional text, irrelevant content, or content misaligned with Celebrant Spain’s ethos.

• Submission of low-effort or recycled content is not accepted. Remember: high quality earns publication—and makes the fee worthwhile for both sides.
