What to do when a website copies your celebrant blog

Celebrating a very special five star review. "We h Celebrating a very special five star review.
"We had the absolute honour of having Debbie as our celebrant for our wedding in Spain, and we honestly could not have wished for anyone more perfect to share such a special moment with us.

"From the very beginning, Debbie took the time to really get to know us, understand our story and create a ceremony that felt so personal, warm and completely ours. On the day, it felt less like having a celebrant and more like having someone who genuinely cared about us standing there and sharing that moment with our family and friends.

"Our ceremony was filled with love, laughter and emotion, and Debbie brought everything together so beautifully.

"Our only regret is that it all happened far too quickly. One minute we were standing there together, surrounded by everyone we love, and suddenly it had become a memory. But what a beautiful memory it is, one that José and I go back to very, very often. ❤️

"Thank you, Debbie, for being such an important part of our little love story. We will always be grateful that it was you standing there with us.
Emilia & José xx "

Celebrating what happens AFTER your ceremony. Do I Celebrating what happens AFTER your ceremony.
Do I officiate and run?
No! Of course not! I'm Debbie!!!

📝🥀 I put your commemorative certificate in an envelope with your script - and a few of your confetti petals so there's a little sprinkling of magic when you pull the sheets out ✨. Then I leave the certificate envelope with a "responsible person".

🤳🏼 If it's an appropriate time, I congratulate you and ask for the quickest of quick selfies... then I quietly make my exit.

🎞️ In the next 48 hours, I collate any behind-the-scenes images I took before your ceremony into a mini video memento and WhatsApp it to you privately (couples rarely see the on-the-day wedding prep otherwise.)

📤 I usually wait a week before scheduling anything to social media so you have time to post first ...unless you opted out of course, in which case I 100% respect your privacy wishes.

🙏🏼 I don't chase you, but if I do hear back from you I might ask you to post some kind words to my Google reviews.

...and a year on, I hope to catch your first anniversary posts so I can ❤️ them!

Celebrating three great wedding hack ideas in one! Celebrating three great wedding hack ideas in one!

D & D created an amazing WEDDING MAGAZINE to keep guests amused & to keep as a perfect memento

The magazine contained their WEDDING HASHTAG so the couple could track any posts guests made of their special day.

And a QR CODE giving guests access to a wedding WhatsApp group to share photos & keep in contact with new friends made during the wedding.

Beautifully brilliant!

Celebrating the benefits of a review, BUT FIRST, o Celebrating the benefits of a review, BUT FIRST, open Google Maps, search for [Celebrant Spain] and you should see me pop up in La Herradura where I live.

Scroll down to see my [Reviews]

There have actually been more submitted than are published, but Google can be a law unto itself and hasn't published all of them. Uffff!

Anyway there are well over a hundred five star reviews since 2019

So apart from the flipping obvious and bigging me up, Google reviews are:
1️⃣ Most likely to be genuine.
Yes your best mate could potentially write you a review, but scroll through a few and the authenticity will start to jump out at you.
2️⃣ Indicative of how long a supplier has been in business - important when checking if this is a fly-by-night company or an established company
3️⃣ Interesting to see how many receive a reply. I'm always interested in feedback. Constructive criticism is an opportunity to make positive improvements.
Whilst I've not had to change my practices, I always appreciate couples taking the time to critique me and I'll always respond.
4️⃣ Hard to be generated by AI (unless you know better?!) 🤔🤭

Many thanks to Claire and Dave for their kind words 🙏🏼 It does my heart good to know I've achieved your wedding goal 💍⚽
